新年快乐! redux
The 31st of January is Chinese New Year, guys!! You know what that means. Time to have a huge party. This little shindig will be occurring in two locations in Holly Heights between the evening of the 30th and the morning of the 31st. I'll explain what's happening where and when below.
First, there will be a gathering at the Holly Heights Zoo. This will involve what all zoo-hosted events involve: copious amounts of food. As always, any donations to the creaking, about-to-collapse food tables are 1000% welcome.
The event will feature two big attractions inside the zoo itself. The first of these will be the addition of a new area in the petting zoo. 2014 is the Year of the Horse, of course! To commemorate this, there will be several breeds of horse added to the zoo's population and some of these will be available for horse rides. If anyone wants to man this area, that'd be great.
The second event will be the opening of the poll for naming the zoo's pandas. Hong Kong took naming suggestions in November and will be posting the final list on the 30th. There'll be a drop box for each of the animals and on the 31st, the votes will be tallied and the names announced in a forthcoming post.
Other than these two events, there'll also be festival games and other entertainment. If you'd like to run a stand or booth, there's a sign-up comment for that below!
Onto the second location, which will be the International Commerce Centre. Hong Kong will be arranging for a fireworks/light show there at midnight. The lion/dragon dances will be happening here as well (hosted/led by China!). For the adults, there will be drinks and more food on the 118th floor bar.
I'll post sign-up comments below and if you have questions, please feel free to ask!

And he has experience with northern breeds! So he'd prioritize looking after those, if there are any.

There's three "workers" and each is in charge of two horses. They only give rides on one of those horses at a time, so there's three horse rides happening simultaneously for, let's say half an hour. Then the other horse comes out and there are three new horses giving rides.
Is that better?

Do the two horses have to be the same breed? Would that be your preference? Two Icelandic horses instead of an Icelandic horse and a Danish Warmblood- I understand if that'd be too much to keep track of!
