EVENT ➜ SHAKE (IT UP) AND BAKE
This event will be like two separate events to heighten the experience for both AND provide you with something to do if the other thing isn't exactly your flavor.
For the first you may be familiar with this sort of thing via TV, your own pranks, or cheesy high school movies. Yeah it's one of Those events.
Anyway, if you aren't familiar at all, then let me introduce to you the concept of a dare list.
➜ Basically one of the stupidest things you can do (but simultaneously hilarious), a dare list is a sheet of dares or tasks to complete, usually numbers, that it's your objective to complete all of them. Why? Just because. Maybe if you're lucky there's a prize involved, but usually the only true reward is knowing you have the guts to do anything and everything on the list and also a portion of your life wasted mimicking Jackass or any other stupid reality show. The dares can range from mediocre to hardcore and various levels of embarrassing, sexual, dangerous, mundane, or nasty. May the Lord have mercy on your soul, because that's what you'll be doing here.
➜ On the 16th, your character will receive their very own dare sheet (if you sign them up). It will have a list of tasks they need to complete in order to net a delicious prize; either option A or option B. Option A being a landlord meeting much like the paintball win and option B being any one thing they desire. Of course, things like MY DEAD MOTHER TO BE ALIVE AGAIN or FOR X TO BE HERE won't work, so when you OOCly think of this prize, make it something HH reasonable.
➜ Back to those dares though. While I have a substantial list of things for your character to do to randomize and give you all, you also have a chance to contribute to the dare pool. In this screened post, feel free to put as many ridiculous dares as you like. One hundred if you want! They can be general (kiss the first person you see on the street, refuse to do your dishes for one week) or speicific to Holly Heights (trick someone into thinking you're their new spouse, stand naked on one of the businesses somehow, etc.) If it helps you at all, the event will last for twelve days if you want to involve time.
➜ Also, you can make dares for specific people. Simply put [ THEIR NAME ] in that format before the dare that's meant for them. There are a few stipulations to this, though, so it doesn't just become an event circle jerk:- If you do character specific dares, you can only do up to two per character you've picked.
- If you do character specific dares (say you do six, two for three characters...), you have to also offer the same amount of non-specific character dares (...you would have to then provide six normal dares too).
- When you get your lists, you will have no more than three character specific dares. Even if you're somehow given eighty on the post, you'll only get three of them (randomized). You also won't know that they're character specific unless they're written in a way to be.
➜ Each person will be given 6 dares. When the event starts, there will be a post where you can keep track of your dares and their completion. You must ICly play out half of your dares, or at least make an attempt to. If your threads don't end before the event does, it's okay! It's assumed game canon. This is to stop people from just saying "I did everything, where's my prize!" when they put little to no effort in. There will also be a prize for partial completion, a mystery to all.
➜ There's also a little kink here: you cannot tell anyone you did it for the Vine this time. No, your whole prize is negated if you tell anyone that what you're doing is a dare. If you do, you'll get nothing: no partial completion prize or grand prize.
➜ On the day of the event start, your sign up thread here will be give their randomizer dare list and directions on keeping up with their proof. Remember that dares and sign ups for this are both OOCly determined! You can do so by responding here.
The second half is a lot more innocent and fun-loving, what Holly Heights is
➜ Each house will be tasked with, in a letter sent out when this post goes up, to fundraise for their house. The method involved?
Grade school as shit.
➜ Yes, each house will be told to create as many baked goods as they like, sell them for as much as they like, and the house with the most money at the end of the day wins. They can begin baking as soon as they receive the letter, but this event will also last as long as the other which is 12 days. Please remember that Holly Heights works off of credit cards and assumed transactions, not cash. Everyone will be outfitted with a cash register on their stoop if they wish to participate.
➜ This will be an event more so to motivate house interactions and other shenanigans, so at the end of the day, every house that participates will receive an award, which will be the same thing. You can participate as someone who is alone in their house, but you can also group yourself with a house that has 3 or less people in it as well.
➜ NOTE: The dares you submit can also coincide with this side event as well such as "Flip over someone's bake sale table." or "Ruin a batch of your own cookies on purpose." and etc. Also, the letter just very loosely explains the situation, so you can sell other things as well as your baked goods, like handcrafted items or other foods. It's pretty much just a friendly competition free for all!
➜ But you still need to sign up here! You can qualify for participating if you're just doing it on your lonesome, but if you want your family to be involved, please inform them first!
As always, questions go here and (as always) feel free to yell at me if I forgot something!

Re: Himemaru
Become the slave of another player of your choosing for one day.
Pretend a random person is your boyfriend/girlfriend without them finding out about it.
Spend one day wearing nothing but a swimsuit.
Walk down the street or around the room like a zombie/an Egyptian/or sleepwalking.
Blow a kiss to every person you meet for two days.
