Hey there! Chase here with his second character. This is Jeff Andonuts from the relatively well-known yet not well-played game, EarthBound! You may also know him from Super Smash Bros. Brawl as an assist trophy, but that's a whole different matter.
A member of the Chosen Four, he's the non-PSI user of the group, and relies instead on his brain power and his guns to help the group out. He's also prone to fixing objects through the night, and crashing UFOs during the day.
But most importantly, he's, as he describes it, nearsighted, kinda shy, and a little reckless. Be his friend anyway?
He'll be found at 1409. I'm excited for him to be here!
