So yeah about that other part we talked about earlier. This is it.
First off, here's the updated secret santa list! With a minor adjustment, however, there will no log as the set up would be awkward for such an event. The most ideal way to contact your secret santa giftee would be pm/pp/comment here or something, and icly it would be via your phone list or letter or email (basically the ic inbox).
Now onto the good stuff: the new 4th column on the spreadsheet. Here's what that means exactly.
➜ At 6 AM on the 14th (though it most likely will go up at around 12 or 1 CST AM on that day, what is getting up early) each characters inbox will contain a Christmas cracker tied off at one end with a ribbon that says the character's name. You don't know what that is? It's one of these jobbers:

Simply pull on one end and it will open. The one in your mailbox will be about the length of a ruler and as big around as a smaller soup can. Usually there is an assortment of gifts or candies inside as well as a fortune. The same is true for the one the Landlord is providing. Though there will be a Type 1 and a Type 2, here's a basic checklist of what will be in each:
➜ A holly jumper, one size snuggly fits all.
➜ An assortment of different flavoured holly chocolates, and when I mean different flavoured, I mean some Bertie Bott's bullshit. I hope you don't have blood or earwax.
➜ A little note that will tell your character about their secret santa, plus the future reward for completing the task. An exact note will be provided on the post for the 14th.
➜ Here is where the crackers will diverge:IF YOUR CHARACTER HAS A 1 The have received the gift of song. Inside of their cracker will be a type of glitter which with the force of pulling the cracker will explode in the face of a character. Upon opening the gift, they will be only be able to speak in song. While that's the general rule, you can be very flexible with this. Song could also be speaking in raps, poems, rhyme, anything in that general field. This isn't just limited to voice. Typing and texting will also be in the same pattern that you choose.
IF YOUR CHARACTER HAS A 2 They have received the gift of smooching (used only because it matches song, you know, S pattern etc). Inside of this cracker will be a sprig of mistletoe, not unlike the one on your door ways. When the cracker is opened, the mistletoe will do what the glitter did and fall upon the characters body, or even in the direction of them. No matter what happens with it, the character will have an overwhelming urge to kiss those in proximity. This is another thing characters can be liberal with. If your characters is extremely young or you just don't fancy them kissing folk, it can be hugging, complimenting, etc. But kissing is always more Christmasy, campy, and fun. Kissing also doesn't mean sloppy makeouts or anything, it can be forehead, cheek, mouth, etc. Be creative with it.
➜ For those interested in getting in on the kissing action, the mistletoe in doorways will also be doing the same thing, but only on a temporary basis. If a character walks through it, they'll be compelled to kiss someone but after they do, the urge will be gone.
➜ The effects of the christmas crackers will last until 11:59 PM CST on December 25th. AKA Boxing Day, pretty much.
➜ The Secret Santa post where you can put your character's proof of achieving their gift giving will also go up on the 14th. Again, you'll have until Boxing Day to complete your mission.
➜ On a more OOC note, please have a happy holiday, no matter what you celebrate, or even if you don't celebrate at all! Be responsible and safe on the roads, at parties, and wherever you shall be.
