So adding to the newbie/Soul Eater parade, my name is Cybra and I'm bringing Death the Kid to your lovely neighborhood.

He'll be rooming in 1410 and apparently doesn't have any roommates so far. That'll probably change soon enough. My apologies to his new family in advance.
