Hey guys! This is wolf, aka the guy who plays that one country who is not a bird, bringing you a character from a light novel series by a dude name Narita.

No, not the series with the teen gangs and the motorcyclist missing a head, but the series with the mobsters and immortals, also known as Baccano!. I'm bringing to you the motherfucking Rail Tracer, also known as Vino, also known as Claire Stanfield. He's a safe character. Sometimes. He's a solipsist and an assassin and also sometimes a puppy when it comes to talking about the girl he likes. He's coming from right after the third novel The Grand Punk Railroad: Express Episode, which is episode 13 of the anime and is filling in the spouse slot of 1411 (s-sup Sweden).
