While Keine was originally aiming for a more Japanese-esque feel for the festival itself, she had also invited people to bring in elements from their own cultures, so as to make it something truly unique to Holly Heights.
For an overall feel for the activities, she intends to include some very usual activities at these festivals: A folk dance close to the end of the festival itself, as well as a fireworks show... Assuming they figure out how to make those or something similar, that is. I imagine they might replace that with a fire show through Mokou instead, though. (heh) Gotta poke Mokou-mun on that.
As for games, some rather usual booths for recreation include goldfish scooping, ring tossing... typically things you could find at a carnival, really. All of those can be incorporated into this festival, so long as enough planning is done in advance and we can get the numbers and resources necessary to realistically build and set everything up.
