Hey, Holly Heights! My name's Steve and I'll be bringing in one Dr. Harleen F. Quinzel, better known across the DC Universe as Harley Quinn! She used to be a brilliant young psychiatrist at the Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane, but then she fell in love - with the Joker of all people. Thankfully, though, she'll be coming from a point in canon where she's far less dependent on the Joker, breaking into a fun, exciting new lifestyle of her own! In other words, her canonpoint will be shortly after the start to Gotham City Sirens and not from the New 52. (We don't talk about the New 52)

She'll be living at #1473 with Hayate Ayasaki and the Riddler! Fun stuff.
