I would like to ask for permission to cause a scene at the Halloween party, once all of the winners/princes/queens have been announced.
Katsura here is very much in love with his fake pet Elizabeth (who may or may not even enter the costume contest in the first place), so when she's not made a winner, he just might go as far as detonate bomb(s) around the ballroom's perimeter.
Nobody has to get hurt (it's up for the players), but it would result in smoke, general mess (like tables with cake turned over... whatever's even gonna be there), maybe a little bit of panic and some cracks in the walls, unless they're protected by the Landlord like his house.
I'm also willing to make changes if needed, but an act of terrorism is something that Katsura would ICly do in that situation (unless Elizabeth actually wins somehow, but I really doubt that).
