THE STARRY☆SKY ANIME IS.... done by DEEN interesting. It gives you a decent overview of the character's personalities but it's such a trainwreck because there's no plot and everyone loves to laugh at it.... but yes, give it a shot if you're so inclined! The episodes are only 10 minutes each with two per character, so it feels more like a 12 episode series than a 26 episode one.
