But hi everyone my name is Lucid (if that sounds weird it's short for an old lj username and it stuck). I used to RP awhile ago at a couple other games until life got hectic, but I'm back again and bringing you all Ari Batchelder from Maximum Ride. He is Max's little (half)brother and basically a wolf/human hybrid. That means he got to grow up from a normal little kid to a big grown up guy with werewolf powers in 4 years. He's still mentally a little kid though! A... kind of twisted one with a screwy mental compass who will hopefully stay stable and non-murderous. He will also be super confused at first because his mutations ended up killing him and he fully expected to stay dead... this time. 

He's going to live in house #1485

Hey there! I'm Phee and Natsuru here is Max's Holly Heights sister! And she really cares a lot about her, so she'll be very interested in Ari, too. Because anyone important to Max is important to her.

And I also play Chiaki Nanami (virtualgirl) who is... kind of a similar case in the sense that she's an elementary schooler right now in-game and physically a teenager. So yes. Plenty of interesting opportunities here, I think. :3

Natsuru will probably see a lot of him! Though he won't know how to deal with people other than Max caring about him for awhile and will be sorta shy and awkward.

School will definitely be interesting! Ari is technically a 2nd grader but he had zero education outside of his training (he can't even read and can barely write his own name since Max taught him how xD) and he doesn't want to start now.

Hi, I'm Kira and play Denmark who is kind of the opposite and then not, because he is 2000 and looks like he's in his early twenties, but then he also sometimes acts like he is younger. So.

Sounds like a fun guy! I know a little bit about Hetalia but I havn't watched more then a few episodes though so I'm afraid I don't know a lot of the countries xD

also I checked the housing post and he lives with Germany and that's kind of hilarious.

hah...ahahaha... the anime... (I assume you mean the old version) You might have watched more of that than I. And iirc Denmark doesn't really show up in it, except for one episode or something. So you didn't miss much.

What canonpoint is Ari from?

I'm not sure how familiar with Maximum Ride you are but he is basically after his 2nd death that is supposed to be permanent otherwise he'd be a little too violent/unstable. (apparently he or his clone or something is back in the last book but I have no idea what is even going on with that?? I only read the first three books and am keeping up with the manga since I heard the series starts to go downhill after that)

that series goes downhill like whoa, you weren't lied to. Like, I've never seen a series taking such a nosedive in quality. Basically the enviromental stuff suddenly takes over and the birdkids are enviromental superheroes and do a lot of show-type stuff, and also romance. The only good thing really is that Total gets more abilities. That was cute.

like seriously stopping after the third book is good for one's sanity.

I haven't read much of the manga, but I hear it is good?

It is pretty good. The artwork is really cute/pretty (all of my icons I took from the manga since I didn't want to spend time hunting down a pb when he has a ...unique appearance anyways).

It doesn't have everything in the books. I believe it's supposed to have 10 volumes, and right now with volume 7 it just started the plotline for The Final Warning. I don't know what they are going to do with the last few volumes since they still have over half the series left but I have the tiniest hopes that it'll be written in a way that actually makes sense.

and yeah I think I'm mostly staying away from the rest of the series because I am allergic to sappy love triangles that take away from the rest of the plot. Which from what I've read is exactly what happened D:
