LEU UPDATE!
Hello! My name is Bea and I play Quistis and Rydia (![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
sylvan). I was on hiatus for some time due to computer issues and phone-tagging, but I'm finally starting to catch up and remember how to tag more than one thread at a snail's pace.
But on to more important things!
The LEU (Law Enforcement Unit) is Holly Height's version of a police force. The post for it was formally manned by Kira with Hijikata. With her drop of Hijikata, she has passed the torch on to me. If anyone is interested in having an IC leader, I was thinking we could hold a vote to the game as a whole (and then somehow for someone completely incompetent that wasn't even in the running to win...).
I'm trying to breathe some new life into this and I expect for everyone that joins to have active CR with their fellow coppers, so I am going to ask you to commit yourselves to being involved if you join the organization! If you're more a lone ranger, you can always be added to the third party area of the LEU post.
If you are potentially interested in signing up for it as a normal officer, please go to the personnel roster. If you are interested in being a third party, please go to the third party roster. You cannot be added to any roster if you do not also comment to the filed complaints. I also recommend tracking the OOC questions and suggestions thread so you can be involved in whatever changes might come from them, lend a hand, or offer your perspective on a matter!
If you are currently a member, you will need to comment again to be added. If you don't, you will be removed (eventually). Talking to certain people, we've the idea to add a Fire Department to it. In my opinion, there are likely even more fires in Holly Heights than domestics or murders, so if this is something that you may be interested in, please let me know!
If you aren't interested in joining, please feel free to file complaints -- for serious things, trivial things, or just to prank call the officers. If you're interested in being taught self-defense, Quistis (and likely others) will be holding classes, and if you're looking for a mentor in the field... well, you get it! Contact us.
