Oh, oops, I forgot to include this.

In a guild, when a party member dies, they can be revived using healing items that are dropped from monsters or from merchants. If for some reason a whole guild dies, then they respawn back at home base.

For those in the Rogue Guild, once they die they respawn on their own.
