To make it more moveable and everything just in case you ever want to/need to move + if you ever drop so that people don't need to worry about having a different house to keep track of, would you be okay with like an outdoor book shed that's on the fancier side? It could even be one of those rooms that looks tiny from the outside but you open it and it's crazy big.
