3) The main thing that I'm referencing is here, in the Swooping section if it doesn't automatically bring you down. It's pretty much something based around hatching seasons, but the birds (generally males) get so territorial, that those going anywhere nearby a nest, in anything that's not a car, would get swooped around to be scared off and sometimes attacked. Basically, super protective daddy birds making sure no one goes near their babies.
