You're free to go around to any area (aside from the rules about the girl and boy dorms) as well as interact with any objects. If you'd like to get really into it with all the talking pictures and magical objects, then feel free! If not, then you don't have to. No worries.
Your apparel is also house based, which you can choose a house for your character if you like. It isn't relevant at the moment, but you can add in that detail if you wish. If you don't want to, no problem!
Everyone is equipped with a wand which is another thing you can be detailed with, when it comes to core, length, rigidity, wood. Or if that's not something you're into...who cares!
MISSION: The mission for this go around will not be as detail oriented and is instead a bit vague. Your team has been instructed to cast and complete five spells. You can get as simple as Accio or as horrible as brutally killing a spider with an unmentionable curse. There's also creative ways for your spells to go wrong or be inflicted on others that you don't mean to be involved in your witching sessions. A spell book will be included on a table so that everyone is in on the same page and has access to all spells.
