Alright! So here are the sign ups for the swimsuit competition. Characters can vote for themselves and one in each category if they want. It will be categorized by age and gender.

YES HELLO, Fidgey here with some OOC information about a cook out / swimming party I want to lead since school is out for the summer!
I've been talking about this with a few other people and I think I should get the ball rolling with it before it gets too late!

So! Aikuro is having a cookout for absolutely everyone in celebration of summer on June 27th. We're making this happen later on in the month so it doesn't clash with June's event that is the 16th-26th, so immediately after a log will go up on Saturday, June 27th.

The cookout itself will take place on Kalmar's Resorts and Fishing which is on the locations page, so basically he rented out the entire resort to throw a party ( he likes throwing parties, it looks like....... ) I'm totally open for suggestions for things to do— like do some of you idols want to sing, do some of your sports want to play, do people want to bring food, etc, etc. Just use this post for plotting purposes!

You're also welcome to hit up Aikuro's inbox if you ICly want to make suggestions to him.

But, we have decided to let there be a swimsuit contest, so this post is also going to be used for OOC sign ups for that until next week, June 20th! OOC votes for the contest will take place the following week, June 21st - 26th with results posted OOCly on the 26th. So keep an eye on the OOC community.

valentine's dance plot idea thing!

But yes, hello!! Kiby here with a random silly idea that I thought might be a fun little thing to do at the dance. Basically, Nozaki is always looking for references for his manga and romantic stuff is way up his alley. Valentine's Day is his favourite holiday because there's so many romantic/cute things happening all over the place!

So, basically, he's going to continue this time honoured tradition in Holly Heights! He won't be straight up stalking ~~much~~, but if he notices something like someone exchanging flowers or confessing their feelings or even something that just looks cute, his interest might be piqued and he'd show to up IC to take notes or pictures for reference!

OOC - basically, if you're cool with it, let me know here and I'll have Nozaki crash through the thread for a comment or two (along with Chiyo helping/following after), if there's some kind of cute thing happening! Essentially this —

I know it is very short notice, but the Perseid meteor shower will be peaking tomorrow night. We will be meeting at 8pm near the old hospital, if you would like to come.

Plotting Stuff (AKA Free Cake For Your Characters)

Even in the short time that Germany has been here he's beginning to realise that Italy has probably inconvenienced a lot of people.

SO!

I was planning kind of a mini-plot/thing and I just kind of wanted to gauge interest before I started writing up a list or just assumed it was cool with people to send their characters things in the mail??

Anyway, since Italy talks A LOT I imagine that Germany is taking names and feeling a little bad for them for various reasons so he wants to do something nice for them. But in secret.

Pretty much if you feel that Italy has harassed or otherwise made things difficult for your characters, they will get a small cake in their mailbox apologising for any inconvenience that has been caused. Of course, this applies even if they've had awesome CR with Italy and you just want them to get an anonymous cake?? So p. much anyone that has ever talked to Italy has a chance.

ANYWAY, what I need from you guys is a Y/N MY CHARACTER WANTS FREE ANON CAKE. It can be something nice for them or something to make them suspicious, I'm good either way but it might give people something to talk about???

Hello everyone! This is Jensen the mun of Kano (and Miharu). I am here with a question for anyone I have had CR with or even characters Kano might have seen around Holly Heights. This is half permission and half plotting.

Kano has an ability, for those that don't know his canon, this ability is called the deceiving eye. Basically Kano can change his appearance to anyone, this includes appearance, voice, the works!

So the question I have is...Would you, the muns, be okay with Kano copying your characters appearance? Like I said this can be him taking the appearance of people he's met or even people he's simply seen around or approached as a black cat, this can be hand waved. I plan on making a post with this and he will really just be playing games with it and causing trouble. It opens for CR and plot, but I want to make sure people are okay with this before he suddenly copies their appearance.

How this can work is just go Here comment with your character and fill out the form. There is more information about his ability there as well!

Remember! Not everyone has to allow him to do so!

I might not get to everyone who answers Yes in this post but there will be future times he uses his ability! However, if anyone wants something in this up-coming post or in a private log or in future post feel free to state so in your comment!

I have a proposal for yet another fun(? scary?) thing that your characters can run into during the community Halloween Ball on the 31st. With Kiss' blessing, the ball just might become a tale of horror for some...

Long story short, Katsura is crazy, and thinks that his beloved pet Elizabeth (or Kondo in a sheet) should have won the costume contest (which she never even entered in the first place). So after all the Princes/Queens/etc awards are said and done, and there's still no mention of Elizabeth, he's going to blow the ball up.

That's right, with explosives.

Ah, kidding, it won't be that drastic. Probably. A few home-made bombs are going to be detonated in several places of the gym, causing some mess, smoke, and possibly a hole in a wall. It's not particularly big so it's possible to opt out, you could have been in another end of the gym/the bathroom/whatever! For those who do want to react, though, your character might be scared, fallen on top of someone else (is it that person you like??) smeared with cake, drenched in juice or whatever else can fall off a flying table. TERRORISTS IN THE SCHOOL!! Whatever are you going to do?

I am very much open to anything as well as incorporating your own little plots into this! The only thing I'd rather not do is innocent people getting hurt, but talk to me if you want that. Also, feel free to have Katsura arrested or otherwise pinned for this outburst, whether immediately or the day after.

Kai here, making a fool of herself by slipping this in the sudden influx of intro notes [btw, welcome, dudes!] with a...

...well, I've been calling this a "VICTIMS WANTED AD" and there's no other way to call it now, so. I've mentioned this before in my hiatus notice a month ago! So this is it! Basically, this blind douchebag is a master swordsman that can even cut up bullets . Tarantino would get all tingly in his pants, I know. So despite my own insistence that he's nothing but an idiot with a penchant for cakes and a hideous sense of humor [spoilers: he kinda is] I have yet to explore that side of him in which he is what the manga really portrays him as, which is an 30 year old virgin amoral sword nut with no sense of loyalty at the sight of a good fight... even if he isn't entirely heartless.

Anyway, complicated description aside, you can check out this little post with manga clippings to have an idea of how his head works... sorta. Because no one else knows what he's been planning since square one, actually. He just suddenly switched "teams" to the one that was trying to kill him in canon so how does he really work ?

So, tl;dr aside, what I want is simple: someone to volunteer ~~their firstborn~~ their character to be... well, not killed, because this guy finds it an easy escape [especially here] and entirely against the idea of punishment, but to be maimed, have their tendons cut, etc etc... but he's not entirely mindless - he follows the way of the sword, so he won't even lay a finger on someone who doesn't have a mean bone in their body or someone who's not as crazy strong as he is - so the character needs to have certain traits, sorta!

They either need to have messed with someone's well-being and life just for apparent shits and giggles, or need to be a real challenge and turn towards him for a fight but actually go for the kill, or! Even if you don't want your character to even break a nail we can arrange something like a very efficient escape as long as it's clearly evident this guy isn't really your normal vigilante and sits more in a gray area. That said, I'm open to ideas! If you want your character to go after him afterwards for answers or revenge of their own, that's entirely fine by me. Totally willing to have him Yakety Sax across the neighborhood as well.

And yeah, thanks for reading, have a cookie. I'm gonna go back into my pillow fort and hide. Cheers, dudes.

Before anything I am gomen about the teel below.

So! This is Kai speaking (aka that idiot who tries to play this blind bag of douche and that hideous boyscout that is livefaster ) and I come bearing news.

I'm pregnant.

Ok no for real. I'll be enrolling in some kind of Krav Maga camp for the weekend + Monday, which means practice from.... 1 pm to 8pm, more or less, every day, which means that when I come back I'll be so dead.
Like.
Really dead.
Yeah.
And then! I'll be taking a sabbatical and head over to a tiny secluded island where there aren't even cars [much less internet connections] for some R+R until the next weekend. You may see me perhaps backtagging occasionally until Wednesday but I doubt I'll be writing anything quality so better if I just pull a hiatus!

In the meantime, uuuh, a really, really tentative heads up that I'll be looking for volunteers for this douchebag to maim when I come back. IF THIS ISN'T OKAY WITH THE MOD OR ANYTHING I'LL GLADLY JUST DROP THE SUBJECT BUT. This is because he's been here for about ten months and I haven't explored this part of him so idk, change of demeanor or something. This guy, despite his blindness, is great with a sword [he can actually cut bullets. yeah. just. nvm] and he actually goes after two types of people: 1) the evildoers, from downright mass murderers to the itsy bitsy street mugger; or 2) someone who poses a challenge. And that doesn't need to be entirely evil because the concept behind it is that he doesn't just spar. He's in a permanent battlefield mindset and really finds no interest in not going all out so he's aiming for a fatal blow.

Which brings another thing! Your character wouldn't be killed. This guy finds killing them the easier escape so what he does is attack vital points so that his victims stay alive, physically unable to do anything wrong again and regret that they ever did it for the rest of their lives, or the very first opening that ensures his own survival in the duel. Or actually! your character can just escape with only a scratch as long as it's shown that he really isn't a good guy and therefore dabbles a lot in a very gray area, yadda yadda. Anyway, plotty times are a go and I'll be willing to discuss that in length so.

Ok, ok, I shall hide under my desk forever and eat pringles now, thank you for your time.

Hello everyone, it's Rae! Gary's player, obviously, haha.

So playing an unapologetic jerkwad who loves starting rumors/gossip/getting a rise out of people got me thinking about making an anon text post in which he basically gives his (really fabricated) opinions on the people he's met so far, complete with rumors and everything. Mostly to test the communities reaction, but getting some people to believe some of what he says is totally a bonus.

That being said, if your character has ever threaded with Gary and you wouldn't mind him mentioning your character, let me know here. And if they haven't spoken with Gary but you'd still like to be a part of it, let me know anyway and we can work something out. He watches the network pretty closely because he has ~~no life~~ an obsessive urge to know things so we can assume he's picked up on them from his creep radar or something. If you have something you want to be said specifically about your character let me know and we can work something out, again. This applies also if you want them to be mentioned but have something specific you don't want brought up for whatever reason!

So yeah, that's pretty much it. Also I was thinking of making this a thing he does regularly; popping up on anon to dish out more crap every once in a while so now isn't the FIRST AND ONLY CHANCE. Oh this post will go up sometime on Monday, btw. Likely around 6 or 7PM EST.

HEY FOLKS!!! So tomorrow (or right now, depending) is the most dastardly day of the year; APRIL FOOLS!!! So i've just a little thing to offer for the day. Jane LOVES practical jokes (you could say it runs in the family), so you could imagine shes been preparing for QUITE some time now!!!

THAT SAID, all over town there will be QUITE a number of pranks being laid about (at least by jane alone); i'm listing a few for ideas, but if you want to propose a prank to add or do, go for it!!! We can use this as a post for collecting any mass prankings going around. Jane's also wailing on the school, so you're all doomed....

You can easily find more pranks via google, and i can guarantee jane is more than willing to prank a few strangers if need be. Also, don't feel you have to participate at all; many of these gags are easily avoided on your OOC part.

Elijah and Meredith have opened up their Directory and Public Affairs Bureau. It is very important to note that in their network post... they're lying! At least about being in direct contact with the Landlord; Elijah and Meredith are very much not consulting with him. They're going to try their best to keep up the ruse though, so they'll be ready if your character wants to pry.

We're going to put up an action log eventually for first time interactions, and from there residents can drop by here for necessary action thereafter! And as they mentioned you can bother them in their mailboxes ( 1, 2 ).

SO! Madotsuki here is an unstable 12-year old (going on 13 this month!) who's good with... stabbing things. After a steady decline, she's unfortunately reached a breaking point after her now 9 month stay here, and may be turning violent.

That's where you come in, if you're up for it. If you'd like your character murdered/stabbed/etc by a little girl, drop me a note. Obviously if she's killing anyone, it will be at a one per week basis because of the jail time penalty for killing others.

Okay, so the lunar new year is fast approaching! Kind of fast approaching.

All right, it's next month, but we like to get the jump on these things, right? Anyway, Hong Kong has decided that there definitely has to be some kind of crazy to-do for New Years, which begins on February 10th (and runs 'til the 25th, but there won't be 24/7 partying the whole time, promise).

And while I'm sure he can put together a nice little shindig on his own, he will most likely be soliciting the help of everyone he can in order to make it truly extravagant.

Which brings me around to the point here.

If your character can do any of the following and would possibly like to volunteer, please let me know!

OKAY SO! I have to take an emergency hiatus because my internet was turned off. I'm currently using the wifi in the work-out room of my apartment complex, but I should have the internet turned back on on Thursday when I get paid. This also goes for Watanuki/Naruto-mun.

HALLOWEEN PLOT IDEA

Jade has learned about Halloween and the recent as well as the old traditions. He also has access to a lot of research on Halloween and the spooky creatures associated with it.

That said, him having access to a laboratory and all sorts of materials, it would be a waste if he didn't do something hideous.

So here's the plot:

~~On October 30th, the day before Halloween~~, a candy will be distributed in everyone's mailbox that looks something like THIS. If your character eats it, then on the following day on Halloween, they'll start acting like mindless zombies.

But instead of wanting to feast on human flesh or brains, they'll want everything sweet in sight. Candy, cookies, pies, cakes, ice cream, anything with sugar. So raiding the grocery stores or other peoples' houses or gorging on everything in their house. Anything for their insatiable sweet tooth.

Of course, the following morning, they'll be a-okay with a major sugar headache a stomach ache or otherwise.

Any takers?

EDIT: Everyone who wants their characters to eat the candies will receive them on the 19th instead and will be candy craving zombies on the 20th! I can make another post signaling the player-plot on that day. :3
