I've dragged Youichi Hiruma from Eyeshield 21 into the fray... he's the manga's vulgar, manic, mischievous anti-hero quarterback who leads and plays for an Amercian football team in Japan called the Deimon Devil Bats.
He's... insane. He totes guns around everywhere and collects questionable information on others to use as blackmail. I hope your characters are open to playing sports, hehehe. I hope I do him justice! He'll be in House 1445, just your friendly neighbourhood terrorist.
