Chase here again, with some terrible news. Someone's dropped Ataru off of a cliff, so I'm going to have to pick up the slack with two new characters! The first one here is Heloise, from a little known (?) cartoon series called Jimmy Two-Shoes. It ran for two seasons and is about a boy living in a town based around misery! This girl here has a crush on that guy is one of the patrons of said town. Heloise is a mad scientist/inventor, and uses her powers to ruin a ton of stuff. She's not gonna be happy about being here, but them's the breaks. She'll be living at 1416 with Shiki Eiki and Vriska. Good lord.
