Good day, Holly Heights! I am Reslari, and I am new. I am bringing in Kasen Ibaraki, a mysterious hermit lady from that shooting game canon about girls in frilly dresses zapping each other with lasers known as Touhou Project. Except her only appearances have thus far been in the manga side-stories to the shmup games, but I digress!

She is relatively nice, if a bit preachy at the best of times, and a grumpy old lady at the worst. She has a powerful allergy to The Dumb, it makes her break out into all kinds of cranky.

Anyhoo, she'll be staying at 1429 here in Holly Heights which is... with John Watson and Ron! Hopefully they don't mind that she tends to collect a lot of pets. Like. A lot of pets. Anything from poisonous electric rodents to tigers to giant eagles to a baby dragon. As well as normal animals... in abundance.

Also, until she gets her magical fake one back she only actually has one usable arm.
