From the mun that brought you England [itsteatime], I'm here with my second muse, who goes by the name of Oz Vessalius from Pandora Hearts and will be living in 1413 with a child slot.

He's... uh... going through some issues at first right now but normally he's a bright-eyed derp who loves to smile and is normally very cheerful so please bear with him ;; He's from very recent canon so I'll do my best to avoid spoilers to those who haven't read/gotten that far ahead in the series.  He'll be very much surprised but any help in getting him get acquainted with living in this lovely place will be very appreciated.  ♥♥
