Hallo!

Miri here, new to the game and I'm bringing with me Kang Joonhee from the Kdrama Answer me 1997. It's a coming of age, romantic comedy so... Joonhee's just a really normal guy who's really nice and in love with his best friend. Since he's a supporting character he doesn't get the girl though, or rather guy in his case.

He'll be living in House 1436 with Yogi and Fujino. He will try to be a good and responsible housemate!

Thank you! I obviously think it's worth the time to check out >> As long as you don't mind romcom, the romance isn't the ultra sappy variety though so I didn't mind it. The ultra cheesy 90's kpop soundtrack is a bonus :D;;

*chinhands* I love romcoms, to be honest! I enjoy them quite a bit. Most of what I've seen I've seen thru netflix and hulu so I know there's a lot I'm missing out on.

I'd definitely give it a go then! I had no idea you can watch kdramas on netflix but Answer Me 1997 is on dramafever and viki so if you were interested you can try those places :|a If you like romcoms Flower Boy Next Door is another one I really like. I'm actually not a huge romcom fan but those two I enjoyed in spite of that

Oooh! I will definitely look there then. A lot of the netflix ones are labeled as from dramafever, so I'm at least familiar with that name! Thank you for the recommendation too. I'll check that one out -- it looks super cute.

... I have a horrible weakness for cheesy things like romcoms and ... romantic dramas...? Scent of a Woman stomped all over my heart but I could NOT STOP watching it. Same with You Are Beautiful -- it's been super cute.

Sorry for vomiting kdrama screaming all over you but obviously I'm excited to meet another kdrama fan ;3;

I just started watching kdramas lately myself so I only have a few people I know who are also into them so the kdrama vomit is...welcomed? lol

The only problem is I'm super slow at watching things so people are always like 3 series ahead of me.
