LOOK AT THAT CUTE GIRL!!
...Except no, Katy here (resident Winchester) and... you're just getting Tsubaki from SKET Dance instead. He's the seventeen year old Student Council President of Kaimei aaaaand... he's kind of ridiculous and over the top. He has a temper, designs really bad t-shirts and says FOOL enough to put Mr T to shame. While he's weird and obsessive about certain things, he's still a genuinely good guy. He's also got really long eyelashes and when he's really mad he'll yell out NYAN because he was hypnotised into being a cat once.
There's a few things about him that are pretty spoilery for anyone who hasn't gotten a bit into the manga or the anime, so if you want to stay out of the loop in re: to that, let me know! Apart from that, he'll be in #1444. I am so, so sorry.
