Hi Holly Heights! My name is Caitie and I'm bringing in this dork Ishimaru Kiyotaka from Dangan Ronpa! For those of you who aren't familiar, Ishimaru is kind of like if you took a puppy and taught it how to enforce rules. He is loud and excitable and has zero social skills. BUT HE TRIES REALLY HARD.
