Hi everyone! Caitie here, your resident neurotic hall monitor (Ishimaru) here, bringing you Nicolas Brown from the manga Gangsta.! As you probably surmized from the subject line, Nicolas is deaf and he is kind of an asshole.

That really is him in a nutshell tbh, HE'S A NICE GUY DEEP DOWN, but it's very small and hard to find. He likes to mess with people so if he pisses your character off I apologize in advance, that's just how he is. He's also sort of superhumanly strong/agile so don't be surprised if you catch him flying through the air in some ridiculous position because he does that a lot.

OH, and he'll be living at 1452 with Switzerland and Mike Chilton! I always forget something.

Well I suppose we could be lenient given his connections and make him an ~*honorary member*~. Alternatively you could honestly argue that being a Gintama character is kind of a disability unto itself. They are just not made to function like your average socially well adjusted person.
