The one depicted in the image is called Inigo and he's from Fire Emblem: Awakening. To put it simply, he's a guy that just happened to have a hobby of skirt-chasing enrolled in the army his family is a part of while they're still young.

...Yeah, it's a bit complicated, time travel. In any case, he's now living in 1429 with the Childlike Empress and Merida!



Aaaas for the other guy? He's Shinn Asuka from Gundam SEED Destiny, you know, that one guy half the fan base hates and love equally at times. He's easy to angry, and well, to cause an explosion with. He'll be living in 1426 with Setsuna F. Seiei, Taiwan and Yue!
