Here are the jobs that will be available during the job round of April- May.
This job round will be a little different than usual. To increase the use of the locations post and to make some use of the empty businesses that are there.
➜ Go to the locations post. There are plenty of jobs or locations that have no owners or employees! If you would like your character to have ownership of this location/work there, then please go to the next step.
➜ Claim your location/job. If you'd like to own an abandoned job, please reply here with the name of the job. Please check here before claiming a job! If you'd just like employment in that establishment (IF IT HAS NO OWNER) just state that. You can own a business that has employees but no owner just remember to be courteous and ask about it first.
➜ From there, you may go to the player created job thread. This thread may be used by any job/location owners,new and old. Just, you know, ask for employees! Viola! Make sure to fill out the form completely and specify slots.
➜ You may also take this time to make a new job/location entirely.
➜ Reminder that this is only for abandoned jobs. Locations without ownership or employess apply, but if a location is owned with employees you must still go through the appropriate channels.
There is an exception. The World Plaza's abandoned jobs must still be asked for, and please contact paluzski in order to take them over. The trend with The World Plaza is that you possibly need cast CR so keep that in mind.

➜ The Happy Tomato is a corner grocery store. Characters would work the register, restock during the day, help keep the store clean, and there's an option to wear a tomato mascot costume. Remember to greet the customer with a smile! No, really, smile. Everyone has to call Spain boss.
Pay: $130-150 depending on if you wear the tomato costume or not
➜ JobIKEA, located in the shopping district, is a furniture store. Besides being a furniture store, there is Småland, the children's play area and the Ikea Restaurant, which has a variety of food selections, both Swedish and American. All employees wear an Ikea uniform (yellow shirt with an IKEA logo, black pants) and those employed, as well as their family members, have access to discounts.
Pay: Some examples; basically $8-16 per hour, depending on being part-time or full-time (and the job).
Availability: Småland - up to 4 Security - up to 3 Restaurant - up to 3 Sales/Customer Service (this includes answering phone calls and/or working the register) - up to 4
These are just for now and I'll be getting around to making an IKEA post... there are also part-timers who do a variety of odd jobs (such as cleaning + display set-up), so if your character would rather do that, that would be fine.

➜ JobBTW: Bargain Tech Warehouse/Shopping District Characters will be asked to speak to customers about security systems and others things in the store, possibly demonstrating them and fixing them if customers come in with problems. Characters will work the register and restock shelves as well as clean up the store.
Pay: Cashier/sales associate/stock associate - $10 per hour. Management (Assistant) - $15/$20 per hour depending on previous experience.
Availability: Need at least 6 employees (two per associate position) and 2 management positions.
➜ Job Diva Dazzle is known as a 'Stylist Boutique' that rents or sells clothing for parties, a night on the town or even just for everyday wear. Also sells hair accessories and make up to give you that little extra flare and style. Located at the Shopping district.
Pay: Assistant Manager - $100 a week. Sales Assistants - $50 a week. Janitor - $20 a week
