I'm Chase, the one who plays the guy-lookin' girl and I'm bringing in Itsuki Koizumi of that silly Haruhi Suzumiya series, about the girl who's secretly God and "solves mysteries". He's from the anime in particular, after the movie. He's an esper and quite a polite looking fellow, and he'll be living with the Kaburagis in house 1475.
