Hello everyone, fresh meat here! My name is Meta, and I'm happy to report that I will be bringing in England from Axis Powers Hetalia - also known as the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. You can call him Arthur Kirkland if you really prefer.

Unfortunately he's a human now, but back in his world, he was an immortal being that represented - you guessed it - England. He's lived for quite a few thousand years, so he's used to human folly. He also believes in magic! Anyone who (used) to be magic before Holly Heights will probably have quite a bit of fun talking to England. I'm super-excited to play with you all!
