i am so sorry, house #1423
and the rest of you, i suppose. hi!! i am katy and i've been here a bunch of times and stuff, but now i am bringing you a powerhouse in the shape of a teenage girl named medaka kurokami from the manga medaka box (yeah, named after her... kind of)
how do i explain medaka... well being an "Abnormal" she has the skill to basically one-up some other person's power. she has so many ridiculous abilities that it's impossible to name them all, and most aren't even relevant. and yet she's not the worst in the series when it comes to this!! but yeah, she's powerless here so her "skill" won't be in effect and she won't be copying any new skills (or using her own) anytime soon.
but in general she's an energetic girl who wants to try out everything. and she loves people - though she can come across as haughty and old fashioned. 95% of the time she will be extremely confident and in a positive mood!
