Hi guys! New meat here. My name's Shika, and I'll be your token newbie until somebody else new comes after me, in which case they inherit my title. I can be contacted for plotting and/or random stuff over plurk at ![[plurk.com profile]](https://plurk.com/favicon.ico)

As for who I'm bringing in? Well, the answer to that is Yagyuu Kyuubei from Gintama, and she's going to be staying at #1492. She's, uh, not quite as crazy as the others from her cast, other than the fact she has no weirdness censor and sees their antics as completely normal. And may take things too literally. She doesn't have much of a sense of humor, though.
Bascially, she's the heir to the famous (celebrity) clan of samurai and official shogunate sword instructors, she was raised as a boy because of it, and will probably get mistaken for a guy a lot. She's coming from a very recent canon point (after Kagura's stint as an idol, but before Kagura's funeral.)
Hm, what else? Oh- she's based on the very famous Japanese historical figure Yagyuu Juubei and wears an eye-patch like he did, so feel free to make the connection if your character is savvy to samurai lore and junk.
