Hey! It's Gilbert again bringing in a second character to accompany Armin (rationalising ). Another blonde cutie because I have a character type.

I'm aware you had a Finland until recently, so I'm sorry to anyone who's character he won't remember. If you want to talk to me about rebuilding CR between him and your character feel free to plurk at me on purplefluffychainsaw.  I'm GMT but I work evenings so I come on at odd hours.

For those who don't know him, Finland's one of those humanised Nations that are everywhere in Holly Heights.  He's adorable and cheerful and will go out of his way to help people but he's also capable of holding off Russia.  Don't hurt his family because he'll go all mama bear on you.

He'll be living in 1402 with Sealand and Luc!
