She's Gou Matsuoka (though she will insist you call her Kou!) from that that swimming anime, Free!, and will be occupying the child spot in 1435 – coincidentally, with her canon older brother, Rin. I've taken her from post-series (S1, presumably... waits for next summer with bated breath!!!) like the rest of the Free!bies. As the Iwatobi High School Swim Club's manager, she plans to keep her boys in line with their swimming here, too. /cracks whip!!! ... no jk she just wants an excuse to look at their hot bods
