Now that I've cemented my role as "not a cool kid" let me introduce myself. My name's Kara and I'm bringing in with me 1(one) Rinoa Heartilly from that one jrpg series that will never be quite as final as the name implies. She's seventeen years old and can be described as outgoing, stubborn, and generally optimistic.

Rinoa's taking up a daughter slot over in 1490 with the Lone Wanderer and Sayaka Maizono.

I'm glad to be here, feel free to add me on plurk shidderwings if you want. I don't think there's anything else to say so I'll leave it at that.

I AM A TOTAL STRANGER I don't know what you're talking about... and believe me, I'm constantly tempted.

Just knowing that Natsuru's a guy is more than a lot of people here know about Kämpfer! xD And really, depending on your opinion of fanservice and harem genre, it might be better the less you know about it. But it's definitely fun having Natsuru stuck as a girl in this game! S/he might regain the transformation power someday, but that'll just make things more awkward since all of her friends so far think she's just a normal girl....... (also her bracelet was stolen and hidden somewhere and she'll have to find it first.)

All anyone really needs to know about Chiaki is that she's the sweetest, nicest little nap-prone gamer girl you ever did meet! ... Also she's in kindergarten in-game. Despite a friend or two trying to talk her out of it because she looks like a high schooler. There are (spoilery) reasons for this, I promise.

And now the hardest decision for me is... who do I plan to tag Rinoa with first? D;

I watched an episode or two when it was first airing. I tend to do that, watch random pilots when I'm bored. It's a habit. Typically? Not too high, but since I'm currently watching NouCome I really can't talk. (It's fun to watch when sleep deprived, because it's the only time I can really appreciate that sort of comedy) Good luck with that Natsuru! Only good things could come of everyone else finding out, clearly.

I skimmed over her wiki article, so I think I know the spoilery reasons for that.

Oh god, I remember watching the whole Kämpfer anime when it was brand new, and it's entertaining in its own way, but my god is it fanservicey and silly! I play Natsuru from the manga because it's a lot more balanced and less of a massive joke. Also Natsuru actually does useful things in the manga rather than float along as the story's fanservice bait while the other (actual) ladies do literally everything. (Though, wow... if you can handle NouCome, you could probably handle Kämpfer.)

The sad thing is, Natsuru makes such a convincing girl, several people have already told me their characters wouldn't believe it even if the secret did come out. And this isn't even me being OOC... he's genuinely like that in girl form in canon! xD

And yes, Chiaki isn't very secretive about it. She's told a ton of people about her history already, and she won't hide it unless I have reasons not to spoil the other person I'm threading with.

I can handle silly fan service for the most part. It's when it gets to Freezing/High School of the Dead/or even Kill la Kill levels that I start noping out of things. I also used to be a lot less picky about fan service too. I made it all the way through Princess Lovers once upon a time. (NouCome is this guilty thing I watch when I've been up for no less than about 17-18 hours, because otherwise I would turn it off. As it is Chocolat or whatever just might make me drop the show, because I honestly enjoyed it 100% more before she showed up. The dog thing combined with the fan service makes even sleep deprived me unsure face.)

Haha, from what I remember from the two or three episodes I watched that's pretty much spot on! He's such a good girl.

Yeep, I tried watching a few more fanservicey anime series my friends like and I just... nope. Couldn't do it. I probably couldn't even get through something like Kämpfer now, unless I did it like you do with NouCome. Sleep deprived guilty pleasure. xD (But I still unironically like the manga okay! Up to where another fan translation group just picked it up and is doing a terrible job... >_>)

Poor Natsuru, though... he's so unintentionally feminine and popular as a girl but he's just an average boring loser as a guy...

Rinoa will probably love girl!Natsuru, too... she's such an easy target...

Yeah, I think I've ingested enough fanservice now that I'm just fed up with the stuff. Which sucks, because the fanservice series have some of the cutest figures, but I can't bring myself to buy figures for shows I haven't seen. :( Feels bad man.

idk, i think rinoa has a thing for boring loser guys. she'd probably flirt with him just to see him squirm. Grade A nice gal I play here, right. I should probably remember her non-trolly parts sometime too.

At least she'll be nice to girl Natsuru at least.

Oh man, this is true... she'd be drawn to tease guy!Natsuru like a moth to flame. Suddenly I might have another reason for him to regain the transformation power someday. ... And find that damn bracelet the last Zidane (played by Michi) stole from her...

But hey, even being nice to girl!Natsuru would get some premium awkward responses and possibly squirming! After being a girl for two months straight, though, she's starting to very gradually adjust to it more. It doesn't even bother her wearing cute, trendy clothes or having a dozen younger girls say they think of her as a big sister as much anymore!

Yeah, I don't think she'd be able to help herself. It's a good thing she's the sort of girl who thinks a guy's blushy face is cute and endearing. (And yet she goes for Squall, Rinoa your tastes are all twisted up girl) Tsk, tsk. Bad monkey boy. You don't flirt with girls by stealing things from them!

At least Rinoa will never pull the big sis card? That's a plus, right? She might end up dragging Natsuru shopping, but that's another matter. (Oh the shenanigans a shopping trip could bring on.)

Figures. Sayaka makes a friendship promise that sounds like a proposal to girl!Natsuru and Rinoa would flirt with guy!Natsuru. I can see these two are going to be dangerous as sisters...

And I wholeheartedly approve of shopping trips, makeovers, getting hair/nails done, et cetera! I even keep track of the kinds of things Natsuru's friends talk her into buying because that's pretty much her whole wardrobe. xD

P.S. - That's not even the worst thing that happened with Zidane! Nothing could be after how they met...
