In which one player (suspiciously) has two characters that wield whips...
Hello! I'm Bea, player of Quistis (
nagyka) bringing with me Rydia from Final Fantasy IV. She's from just after Cecil's coronation & wedding, but before Interlude.
Rydia is a summoner that uses Black Magic and is mostly really sweet, incredibly tolerant, and very forgiving. She is outgoing, friendly, and also has awesome hair. She'll be at 1472 with the other adopted princess-summoner, Garnet! :)
Feel free to add me on Plurk at
esuna or IM me at instructor fourteen!

but yeah that's p much a go-ahead to watch it.
you must
although as a whole, i think hercules is a much more solid series?

Yes yes.
As much as I love Lucy Lawless, I think so. Xena was good right up until they started traveling outside of Greece. Then it got all weird and freaky.

especially if you liked sci-fi/fantasy and not just vidya and animu and comix
but yeah, it's a good show but i feel like it wasn't quite as cohesive as hercules? i like the characters of xena better, though!
although michael hurst in drag never gets old

Exactly. It's one of those cult classics.
Hercules actually followed mythology pretty well, with that fantasy flaire of course (and countless shirt-ripping scenes), which probably did make it more cohesive. Xena just became a mess after awhile.
Never, of course not.
