Spice here again!  I brought in Masayoshi Hazama from Samurai Flamenco  (unlikelyheroics ) in a few days ago and now I bring you Tomoko Kuroki from Watamote. Obviously she might make some people uncomfortable because the canon is so cringe-y. Trust me, I understand: I had a little trouble getting through it. Her permissions post is here should you want to opt out. To stay IC, I will have to have to make her say and do some perverted things, but I honestly don't intend that to be the focus of my characterization of her, largely because I want everyone comfortable and not everyone is comfortable with that kind of thing. She'll be staying in 1469!  Please PM for plotting with either her or Masayoshi. I apologize to future CR for them having to deal with this extremely socially inept teenager.
