Holly Heights vs. Villiers: THE TRIAL [initial plotting phase]

(Okay, for the record, I have Cassandra's permission to put Snow on trial for the murder mystery hijinks last time.

P.S. Kiss, let me know if this is okay.) 

All right, the sparknotes version is that there was a murder mystery back in October, and Snow was one of the culprits. The thing is, however, he does not remember a thing about the incident, but his victims do. There is also the obvious conclusion that the landlord may have had a hand in this, considering that HE was the one leading people on to the evidence to incriminate Snow. (And Loki, but the kid's gone now so there goes criminal liability out the window) However, people DIED so someone has to answer for this, and the landlord cannot be summoned to court because NO ONE SUMMONS THE LANDLORD.

Edgeworth, the prosecutor in charge of investigating the murder mystery, wants a trial to push through to put everyone's doubts to rest and to bring out the truth. The trial will be held sometime in January.

WHO DO WE NEED?
- Witnesses (victims themselves, people who were around Snow the day of the murder or before that or after, investigators, etc.)
- Snow's attorney (even though he dun want one, he will still be provided with one)
- Audience
- Eiki Shiki will be presiding as judge (also have Jade's permission for this)
- I don't need to tell you who the prosecution is okay

And you know what else we need? YOUR THOUGHTS. I want to know what you guys think should be the outcome of the trial (Cassandra is okay with guilty or not guilty, and so am I). Even if criminal liability is extinguished, there's still the matter of civil liability because since we can't hold the landlord responsible a.k.a. can't place him under the jurisdiction of the court because what is a warrant, and someone has to answer for what happened to le victims. I want to know if you guys think we need a jury, and everything else in between. This is still merely a skeleton of what I want to do so expect a final OOC plan for the trial once I have everyone's input. Let me know if we need to add stuff or anything to make this a BIG SUCCESS WHOO YEAH.

I'm not sure yet when in January exactly, it depends on how quick we can put together the initial stuff. I hope it won't end up during the third week because I have at least one exam then...

ahh, somehow I missed this before (because of that holiday rush)?! but Japan can be a witness (as a victim), yes!

(he was killed by kid!Loki though, so yes... his knowledge of anything Snow did other than what was publicly revealed = zero, unfortunately)
