hey guys i'm Ruka aaaand i'm bringing in Vivi from Final Fantasy 9 >w< he is a cutedork who is technically 9 and chronologically like. six months old. he can also shoot fire out of his hands (usually) and will be very surprised to be human!

he's living at 1425, with two Hetalia folks, which should be fun!
