Here are the jobs that will be available during the job round of JANUARY - FEBRUARY. There will be no slots meaning the people who can have a job are unlimited. This means, though, that you may only take one job per character!
➜ Singing Candygrams You'll get a box of boxed chocolates delivered to your door. It's your job to advertise yourself in order to get people to tell you to deliver your beautiful voice and delicious chocolates to unsuspecting recipients.
Pay: $30 per house
➜ Cupids Take your cloth diaper (and cloth chest covering for the ladies) and arrow-filled sling and..well, you know what cupids do. Except the arrows are very soft tipped and probably won't stick in anyone. If you want to try, though...
Pay: $100 a week
➜ Love Counselor Comes with official badge. For every soul you help, you'll be rewarded.
Pay: $50 per customer
➜ Valentine's Maker Some people seem to lack the ability to put their feelings into words. That's where you come in.
Pay: $5 per Valentine made + the profits from selling them
➜ Kissing Booth Operators (adults) For those poor saps that can't get any. There will be three booths: one in the town square, one next to the Grande Fountain, and in the Holly Mall. Five per location, please claim your location. After five people claim it, you must choose another. Adults only. This has limited slots!
Pay: Whatever rate your character wants
➜ Kissing Booth Operators (kids) Same as above, but juveniles are the only ones allowed this position and the booth will be located on the shared grounds of the schools. Children only. This ALSO has limited slots!
Pay: Whatever rate your character wants
➜ Truant Officers Since school is back in session, it's time to whip these kids into shape. Feel free to make them suffer!
Pay: $200 for Elementary, $300 for Middle, $400 for High.
➜ Player Offered Jobs Players offering jobs up, please fill out the following form and post with it under the player offered jobs comment.
To apply, simply go to the comment for the job you'd like (simply click the link text) and comment with your characters name or just a blank comment, etc. Something claiming the spot.
➜ Triggersfingers i.e. that local gun shop that keeps exploding, located in a plaza next to the mall. Open from 12pm to 10pm every weekday. Duties include gun maintenance, sales, cashiering, cleaning, monitoring the gun range in back, sandwich board advertising, et cetera. The positions are pretty flexible, but you'll be doing the same job for the rest of your life, because Hiruma believes strongly in specialization.
Pay: $12/hour, paycheck every two weeks. If you're up for the hilarity option, your character may (or may not) find that funds are mysteriously being siphoned from their pay in small increments... it's not Hiruma's fault, I swear. Yes it is...
Availability: (3), it's a smallish store. Uniforms aren't necessary, but the apron totally is. Like I've said before, it's a pretty cracky job, so don't expect anything too serious.
