Total newbie here-- name's Dynast and I'm bringing Millie Chliette of Star Ocean: First Departure to your lovely game. The canon's pretty obscure but basically all you need to know about her is that she's really upbeat and that cats are better than dogs. Truth. Oh, and she has a mean uppercut too, she just doesn't use it much.

She'll be staying at #1450 as the mom since turning 18's clearly a Thing here.
