He's a short little kid with perpetual line face syndrome and a bad case of reincarnation- which means even though he looks ten he's coming to House 1424 in a spouse slot. Have fun with your new dad, Shouzou Toganou! He has no athletic skills whatsoever and tends to ignore personal space or social boundaries to touch faces and stare.
