Guess who's back ... back again

Hello everyone, this is Liah returning after 84 years with England from hetalia!!! Hopefully I don't have to summarize his character ... only say that he'll be in house 1438 with Edgeworth. They're totally going to rock a bachelor pad with quaint tea parties on the side. I'll shove him back into his teaching slot at the school as well ... teaching more lies about History I guess.
