Hi there! I'm Kelsey and I'm bringing in Kiyotaka Ishimaru from the one where everyone dies - oh, sorry is that every fandom? Okay, Dangan Ronpa.
Ishimaru's a "super high school level hall monitor", as it's put in canon. He was the chairman of the disciplinary committee at his high school and does a damn good job of it. The rules are the epitome of his life. He is super intense about everything and doesn't understand anything much outside school and other such serious topics of great importance - what are friends, how does he make those, etc. etc. On the other hand he's very likely to make bad jokes and such in an attempt.
I'm sorry it had to be this way.
He's in the remaining child slot of House 1442.
