Somebody call for a genius?



HELLO!

I'm Lauren and this here is Spencer Reid from the TV show Criminal Minds. He's an (adorable) genius geek with a 187 IQ who works for the FBI as a profiler. He also has 3 PhDs and can read 20,000 words a minute. He loves coffee, Star Trek and Doctor Who. And he can shoot a gun! Perfect man, tbh.

Spencer kind of fails at social interaction, so naturally his mun thought this would be a perfect game for him, where he'll have a wife and kids thrust upon him. I don't torture him much (he gets enough of it in his canon) but oh man do I love some awkward. So he's going to be mildly horrified to find himself here and with a family.

He'll be living in 1461 with Maura Isles (provided she gets approved, etc) as his wife. Maura!mun and I thought the two of them together would be amusing since they're both social fails. We're hoping hilarity (and eventual ~lurve) will ensue. /sappy shipper

Glad to be here with y'all! I recognize some of you all from other games around DW. This is Spencer's first DW game but I've played as Richard Castle ([personal profile] writeswrongs) in a few others around here, so you might know me from him.

I'll introduce him either tonight or tomorrow. Looking forward to playing with everyone!

Most excellent! Criminal Minds has been on my list of shows to watch for a while now.

Yes I do! For now, I'm still hanging in there during the change to Beta.

Great show! The earlier seasons are better, I'd say, though Reid has grown into himself as a character in the more later ones.

I played there as Castle briefly a little while ago.

I'm sucked into Bones right now, but I'll likely move in the direction of Criminal Minds shortly thereafter!

I remember you! I'm sorry I didn't get to tag with you as much as I wanted, last semester kind of ate me in addition to work. I enjoyed reading his threads when I had the chance though!
