Once there was a character here that was sure that the landlord was an alien, had a pet dragon and bear and pony, and also spoke in annoying text speak. Then he left and then I decided to bring him back--but even worse.

I am Chey and this is Poland from Axis Powers Hetalia--from the 17th century. It's the year 1610, he's a super nation with Lithuania, and he just took Moscow! Life is amazing and he doesn't have any clue how shitty things will be in the future. Someone tell him at some point. Poland won't remember anything, btw.

Modern day Poland learned a little tact (just a little!) and so that's all gone. It's xenophobia central all up in here so expect him to insult everything you do and polonize everything. Oops. But mostly everything is the same. Even his slang. Why does he speak with modern slang if he's from 1610? Because Hetalia.
