➜ Today, your character will receive a notice that school will be in session tomorrow. Which also means it's time for student council members to be chosen. In order to see the stipulations, refer to the original post.

You will have until the 15th to OOCly put up your nominations. After that, IC voting will commence.

Just a quick question about positions! I asked here and then got the good advice to actually ask on the post (which makes a lot of sense, haha), but do you know if it would be acceptable to have a disciplinary coordinator in the elementary school and one in the school, or would it just be one position? If preferable, having the position of assistant disciplinary coordinator would also work if that'd be okay.

Well, there's three schools so being realistic there would be three positions. But in that case that those were all voted for, that would take up all misc. slots. People are of course free to just pick whatever positions they would like and apply for them, but also keep in mind only three get in and having similar positions get into those three slots doesn't leave a lot of room for diversity.

So tl;dr, it's up to you whether you'd like to make a differentiated position just consider the other positions and how it'd be possible to take up a slot with something that is really already there.

Oh, shoot, I totally missed that there were just three, sorry -- thank you for reminding me! Would there be IC opportunities for characters to get involved without having an officer position, do you think? Like in the case of the disciplinary situation, would there be, say, a disciplinary committee that students could join, kind of like a club? I looked around to see if there was a school club directory and didn't see anything; my apologies if I missed one!

When it comes to things like this, it would of course be the responsibility of the Student Council to come up with things of this nature OR in the presence of a school event, something could be arranged. But if you'd like to do something in the way of a disciplinary committee, then you are free to start one yourself!
