this little shit is kazuya miyuki from the baseball manga ace of diamond/daiya no a. (there are a million ways to refer to this canon, but the one on the taken list is ace of diamond and i usually use daiya!!) miyuki is the second year captain of seido high's baseball club, the school our trusty protagonist goes to. he's from the very end of part 1 of the manga, so he may involve spoiler baggage - i'm defaulting to not including anything currently untranslated in the manga, so if you read the canon and want me to avoid specific spoilers or something, let me know. miyuki is a genius catcher and an all-around terrible child. at least he's an excellent cook. he's awful, don't be friends with him but please make his life miserable. he'll be in 1482 with his castmate eijun and his 12 year old mom, chocolat.

and this is yamcha tsumugu kinagase from kill la kill. tsumugu was here before last year, but only for a couple of weeks. his canon point is different this time (post-series) so he has absolutely no memories of being here before (apologies @ former daughter rahzel). he'll be in clothes this time, at least! (is that actually a plus?) tsumugu is serious and kind of a jerk, but he's going to be seen with aikuro a lot so that should kill any possible misconceptions that he's cool. tsumugu is in 1477 with lulu and mami! i'm so sorry in advance.

hey guys, it's luci, and this is one of the saddest posts i've ever had to write. i've been putting this off for a long time under the pretext of getting my mojo back, but i promised myself that if i couldn't make it happen by the 1st that i would bow out and unfortunately i just don't think i can make it work anymore. that, and i have a lot of RL things going on that have sort of compromised my time and feelings, and just - you know, gotta do what you gotta do i guess, so i'm going to be dropping Nagisa Hazuki and thus leaving the game.

i've been back here for nearly two years now and i've had an absolute blast, it's been one of my most fulfilling and fun rp experiences ever in game rp. it's been a genuine joy rping with all of you, and i love you all to bits. my amazing cast especially, Kira and Rabid who have been there since time immemorial getting up to all kinds of shenanigans with me, and Kelsie whose innocence i stole forever, and everyone else of course. also my awesome cross canon CR and just everybody and everything - i couldn't ask for a better time. holly heights is really something special and i'm going to miss it a lot. it's really hard to say goodbye and that's part of why i put it off for so long.

icly, uhh... Club Penguin is up for Rei to grab and most of his junk is as well, Lola is for Rin (or Maki who can appreciate a lady spider better), and there are of course heartfelt letters for all his friends that are probably a bit outdated since Nagisa is not a planner aheader. the welcoming committee will need someone to take it over too, with a welcome log on the 8th and everything -- i guess just send me a pm and i'll forward you the pastebin for the log format and all that?

➜ So this post is up and for your star exchanging needs. If you don't know how many stars you officially got from the event, you can headcanon a reasonable number from 1 to 7. A lot of the threads were open ended, never completed, and tasks had vague stipulations with the purpose of you being able to choose your own adventure without severe limitations. THUS you can guesstimate how many stars you reasonably got. This isn't a super serious event so if you all say 7, I'm sure no one is going to be displeased, but try to be reasonable with it.

➜ SO 4TH WALL will be happening on July 4th. The setting will be in HH and have a very ~Independence Day~-y theme as an outdoor BBQ festival with other stuff going on is held in a large and enclosed tent in the Housing Gate that characters can't get out of. 4th wall characters are allowed to have fun and do whatever they like inside the tent, whether it's help with a mini event inside or just goof off, eat, etc.

➜ All characters are welcome to 4th wall!!!!!! Duplicates, OCs, AUs, etc. Previously played characters are perfectly welcome to drop in for a little while as well.

➜ If you have NO IDEA what a 4th wall event is, it's when characters that aren't apped (or even characters that can't regularly be apped for whatever reason) come and inundate games for a night of pandemonium.

➜ The 4th wall event setting MAY change depending on what concrete stuff is set in place. So what is sure is it will happen on the 4th and a party will be involved but things MAY be subject to change.

➜ There is a thread for 4th wall plans and offerings here! You can reply with characters you want to bring and characters you'd like to see. Pimp that out for maximum exposure please! Also, questions about either event can be asked here!

Hiatusing to finish stuff for AX this week (I will be working at the NISA booth as servant Komaeda from DR:AE for a lot of the weekend so feel free to stop and say hi!), and then I'm going to be traveling out of state basically every weekend but one through the second weekend of August and frantically trying to catch up at my job in between, so... lord. Going to pop in on the 7th for Toudou to be annoying about Makishima's birthday, of course, but aside from that, and as you have probably noticed happening already, I'm not going to be around much at all for the next month.

heyyyy so just after i intro'd tifa and whatnot, i kind of had some emotional steamrolling happen in my life, and work got super hectic all of the sudden so i kind of dropped off the face of my tags. i'm getting to everything like RIGHT NOW, but i'm also going to be taking a slowatus which may evolve into a hiatus depending on my general state of me-ness. work is exhausting and combined with some personal stuff i'm feeling SUPER SLUGGISH, but with luck i'll be back on the horse in a week or two. again, apologies for anyone who's been waiting for tags (especially from tifa because hers are the oldest) - i'm getting to them right now!! however if they're too old for you just feel free to ditch 'em, no hard feelings or anything.

I'm throwing a quick mini-event together for people who want insta-CR from the sports centre; basically, Rin's put up a physical sign up sheet at the HHSC lobby for "HHSC Members SEEKING Training Partners." Looking to get some motivation outside of your team or 80's style fitness tapes? Your best friend won't run with you at 8 am, because they're a repulsive sloth? Are you socially awkward because of your solo sporty lifestyle, and therefore have no friends to spot you at the gym? Sign this sheet, and your dreams will come true!!!

Or, actually, you'll get paired with some other sports loser, to make sweet, sweet friendship with. Do a log, a joint post, inbox spam, discover a crosscanon nemesis, kiss kiss, fall in love, whatever! Have fun with it.

FYI: this is not limited to people on teams, just people who patron the sports centre! Maybe you're not so athletic and looking to lose some weight for swimsuit season, or maybe you're a fitness nut who needs someone to count your 600 reps. It's all good.

I am a Lance, and I am bringing here to dear Holly Heights the one and only Ankh of no surname of Kamen Rider OOO. And he's a train wreck waiting to happen.

His own humanity just got much more inconvenient. But if you bring him all your popsicles as a piece offering, he might consider mercy. Maybe.

Basically another game put out an event exactly like the one that I thought up so I had to race back to the drawing board because you don't want to be One Of Those People. We'll do it some other time this summer; it was a fluff event so nothing to worry about. Also event dates are slightly edited to reflect the lateness so you don't have to scramble.

Also, a post will be up soon (say, Monday or Tuesday) for Friendship Festival star rewards + some more game notes!

WRITTEN IN THE STARS

During the event, a wonderful and spectacular sight will be seen all around Holly Heights. At first the multicolored stars are beautiful and captivating, falling from the sky starting the night of the 18th. From then on, however, it's as if there's no stopping these heavenly forces from catapulting to the Earth. AKA, they constantly fall, break shit, and are just plain annoying after the novelity wears off. They'll finally stop on the night of the 28th.

What is the purpose of these stars? At first they my just seem like little chachkis that serve no purpose. On further inspection, the stars are very brittle and crack open on impact. Inside each star is a tiny scroll of paper the same colour as the vessel it came in; a sentence scribbled on the slip.

What are these sentences? What is the deal here? Well, each color of star corresponds to a certain character and each sentence then corresponds to that character. What should these sentences say? That's up to you.

No name is associated with each star, just the color, meaning you would have to either confirm or deny whether or not it actually was your star in order to, you know, own up to what is inside. The phrases inside are ultimately up to you, but in order to make things interesting, try to make your sentences interesting. The more revealing or embarrassing, the better.

You are allowed to use a reasonable amount of headcanon in these sentences. For instance, making something up that your character wet the bed until they were 11 is one thing, but giving them a mysterious mole-like third nipple on their back is a different story. Sentences can involve Holly Heights canon and a character's canon, ie they can be about something they experienced back home or how they feel about something they did here, something they did here that no one knows about.

The sentences should follow the format of "I...". I have three moles on my ass. I kissed that guy in the closet. I want to punch so and so. These cannot be about other people only. For instance, if you want to call someone out for something, you have to phrase it in a way that involves the both of them.

Bad Sentence: Haru has a watersports fetish.
Good Sentence: I know Haru has a watersports fetish.

The colors will require hex codes! If you do not have a program that can give you a hexcode, please go here in order to fill out your form completely.

There will be thousands and thousands of these stars (roughly the size of the palm of a hand) falling from the sky, but you only have to write 5 to 10 sentences. There will be repeats falling from the sky.

A few times during the event, there will be broadcasts of some secret sentences on TV or on the network. To sign up for the event, all you have to do is reply to the post with the form at the bottom of this page. For the network broadcast secrets, please post to this page following the directions provided. These will be screened to offer a more private way to post sentences. If someone knows your color is your color (OOCly) then they'll recognize it andi it's not like you can't figure it out just going through this post, but it's a more fun way to post the wild stuff to surprise friends with. If you want, anyway!

YES HELLO, Fidgey here with some OOC information about a cook out / swimming party I want to lead since school is out for the summer!
I've been talking about this with a few other people and I think I should get the ball rolling with it before it gets too late!

So! Aikuro is having a cookout for absolutely everyone in celebration of summer on June 27th. We're making this happen later on in the month so it doesn't clash with June's event that is the 16th-26th, so immediately after a log will go up on Saturday, June 27th.

The cookout itself will take place on Kalmar's Resorts and Fishing which is on the locations page, so basically he rented out the entire resort to throw a party ( he likes throwing parties, it looks like....... ) I'm totally open for suggestions for things to do— like do some of you idols want to sing, do some of your sports want to play, do people want to bring food, etc, etc. Just use this post for plotting purposes!

You're also welcome to hit up Aikuro's inbox if you ICly want to make suggestions to him.

But, we have decided to let there be a swimsuit contest, so this post is also going to be used for OOC sign ups for that until next week, June 20th! Hey guys! I've been a bit slow already but I will actually be gone until Monday and at AnimeNEXT in the meantime.

It's not long enough for an official hiatus. Either way, I have things tabbed up and my tablet's browser synced. heeey guys! i just wanted to give you guys a heads up in that i'll be somewhat MIA over the next week or so, possibly a bit longer. i'll be having surgery tomo--today, and i'm probably not gonna be up for critical thinking for any of these guys for a little bit..or i could be totally wrong, WHO KNOWS. as a precaution i wanted to give everyone a heads up and if anything i'll likely end up working on backtags for the most part instead of starting anything new until i feel up for doing things besides being a whiny infant.
